To celebrate more than half a century of history, we transformed one of the lounges at the Ibiza Gran Hotel into the setting for the Eiviss Garden 50+2 anniversary gala dinner — an evening designed to bring together and delight the people who have been part of our journey.

Black, gold and red set the entire aesthetic direction. The room was transformed into an immersive, almost theatrical space where more than 3,500 red roses took centre stage: suspended above the tables, grouped in floral arrangements, and combined with subtle gold accents. Warm lighting and thousands of twinkling lights completed the scene, creating an intimate, elegant and sparkling atmosphere.

Gold, inevitably linked to a 50th anniversary celebration, provided the common thread for the entire staging, contrasting with the depth of the black and the richness of the roses. From the floral decorations to the seating plan, menus and gifts prepared for the guests, every single element was designed and personalised by our team to fit within the same theme.

A celebration of our roots, of the people who have grown alongside Eiviss Garden, and of everything that is yet to blossom.
