At Eiviss Garden we are looking for a sales assistant for outdoor plants
Conditions
Immediate start
Year-round contract
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 13:00 to 20:00
Saturdays: 14:00 to 19:00
Sundays and public holidays: off
Responsibilities
Personalised advice to customers when buying outdoor plants (Mediterranean climate, watering, sun exposure, maintenance…)
Restocking, organising and maintaining the outdoor plants area
Basic monitoring of plant condition (watering, cleaning, removal of damaged stock)
Receiving goods and placing them according to display and rotation criteria
Supporting the loading of products for customers (plants, bags, etc.)
Working with the team to maintain a carefully presented and attractive shopping experience
Requirements
Knowledge of gardening and plants
Customer focus and sales skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proactive, organised and solution-oriented attitude
Previous experience in nurseries, garden centres or similar retail will be valued
Language skills will be valued (especially English)
