As part of our sustainable initiatives, since October 2021 at Eiviss Garden we have eliminated the use of chemical products in plant protection, opting for ecological treatments that are respectful of the environment.

These methods allow us to prevent and control pests and diseases without disturbing the natural balance, thus recovering traditional agricultural practices based on respect for nature.

Lucas Bucossi, at the helm of this green heart in Ibiza, has a bond with plants that goes beyond the professional: it is emotional, profound and nurtured since childhood.

Originally from Mar del Plata (Argentina), as soon as he stepped into a nursery he knew it was demanding work, but full of rewards. For him, true satisfaction lies in seeing how what is cultivated with expert hands, respect and patience reaches the gardens and homes of those who value authenticity.

Today he leads an estate with more than 52 years of history, dedicated to producing plants adapted to Ibiza's climate and water. This natural adaptation results in plants that are more resilient, longer-lasting and balanced.

His way of working is based on a clear idea: listening to nature. Every seed, every cutting and every tree grows under a cultivation philosophy that is sustainable and respectful, focused on observing before intervening.

His greatest pride? Seeing how the estate evolves, how every corner comes to life and how the team around it shares the same vision. The goal is clear: to consolidate a space that is a benchmark in gardening, knowledge and innovation in Ibiza.
