Located just a few metres from the sea in Ibiza, HIPPIEMENTS is a high-end residential project where the landscape forms an essential part of the architectural concept.

The inner courtyard, 15 metres high and open to the sky, is conceived as a vertical space of lush vegetation. A large olive tree acts as a focal point and a Mediterranean reference, while the selection of tropical species brings density, texture and a constant sense of freshness.

The vertical gardens run across façades and interiors, transforming the architectural envelope into a living surface. The combination of large-format foliage, varied heights and chromatic shifts creates depth and movement, enhancing the sensory experience of the space.

On the rooftops and ground floors, the private gardens continue this plant-led language, creating outdoor spaces with their own character where vegetation takes centre stage against the sea.

The landscape design brings to life a concept in which architecture and nature converse through contrast: straight lines and plant mass, white light and deep green, structure and exuberance.
